Bilingual math learning methods should be changed from teaching centered to student centered. Teachers are not authoritarian and more motivating students to construct their own knowledge. Teacher makes a good lesson plan so activity of the student is become effective. New approach of learning are learning is a search for pattern and relationship, learning is problem solving activity, learning means of investigation, and learning means of communication. Philosophy and ideology of teaching are identify, critical, examine, validate, reflect, revitalize, develop, recommended, and model/initiation. In teaching practice, teacher must know and developing about philosophy and ideology of teaching. Philosophy and ideology of teaching are instrument teaching practice. In evaluation, teacher assess about student teaching learning process. Alternative instrument teaching practices are apperception, student works in group discussion, teacher developing teaching aids, teacher developing teaching method, interaction, student worksheet, and lesson plan, student must present their discussion, student by themselves made their conclusion, and scheme of competitive achievement.
