PENGEMBANGAN SILABUS MATEMATIKA BERBASIS KOMPETENSI

The basic principle must be considered in the development of mathematics syllabus based on competencies, namely: learning opportunities for students of all subjects without exception, the curriculum is not merely a collection of teaching materials, but may reflect a coherent mathematical activity, mathematical learning requires an understanding of student learning needs, learning readiness and service learning facilities, an opportunity for students to learn mathematics actively to build the structure of concepts through knowledge and experience, the need for assessment activities
to improve the quality of learning from time to time, and utilization of various learning strategies and methods dynamically and flexibly in accordance with the material, students and the learning context.
In developing the syllabus, to note the characteristics of learners that students will learn math if they have the motivation, the students learn mathematics in its own way, students learn math either independently or in collaboration with his friend, pupil and requires the context of different situations while studying mathematics . Syllabus should be able to develop aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotoric students. The syllabus contains standards of competence, basic competencies, indicators, learning activities , examples of instruments, assessment, and learning resources.
